The OCTA bus offers an opportunity to take service dogs on a practice run on their buses. We ride from the Fullerton Park and Ride to Knotts Berry Farm, walk around the park, ride the train, have breakfast and then return by bus. Great outing for all types of service dogs, not only guide dog puppies.
BAARK went to Mrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant for brunch with Santa.
We took Jam, Easton, Kelton and Melissa to the South Coast Plaza. The Christmas decorations were already set up. The South Coast Plaza is full of fun challenges for the puppies. There are tall staircases, waterfall, glass elevators, stores, distractions galore. We even had the opportunity to listen to the USC marching band.
As always, we love when Rick comes to our meetings. Learn new techniques and reinforce others and unlearn ones we were not supposed to be doing. This time we were locked out of our meeting hall so we used the tables and lighting from the restaurant next door and did just fine. Nice night to be outdoors.
The two new babies were there, Easton and Jam along with Melissa, Navarro and Kelton.
